This one bedroom, two bath condo features a living area with TV, cable TV, VCR and/or DVD player. There is air conditioning that can be felt throughout the unit, plus a screened lanai and a second TV. A full bath with a tub/shower combination is on the main living level with a walk-in shower in the cabana accessed by a spiral staircase.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave for quick meals or snacks plus a dining area for four plus a dishwasher. There is a king bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper that can sleep two extra people. This unit also has a coin operated laundry in the building and an elevator for easy access. There is also covered parking located outside the cabana.

This complex, located on Marco River, has two heated swimming pools, three hot tubs, two tennis courts and a 4 1/2 mile crescent shaped beach. Boat docks can be rented daily on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is also a small bar that serves a light lunch, dinner and drinks.

You can walk to the marina, bike and moped rentals plus shopping and dining. Nearby beaches are Residents Main, Residents South, South Marco and Tigertail. Be sure to take advantage of over forty golf courses from Marco Island to Naples.
