This lovely marco island condo has wonderful views of the sunset. Enjoy the wide beaches and gentle surf which are perfect for swimming, boating and fishing. Marco Island has six miles of beach and one hundred miles of waterways on the edge of the Gulf of Mexico.

This one bedroom, one bath condo features a living area with TV, cable TV, stereo and VCR. Sit out on the outdoor funiture that is located in the screened lanai. There is a second TV in the unit as well as air conditioning throughout. There is also assigned covered parking.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave for quick meals or snacks plus a dining area for four. There are two double beds in the bedroom and in the living area there is a sofa sleeper that can sleep one extra person. This unit also has a coin operated laundry in the building and an elevator for easy access.

This complex, located on Marco River, has two heated swimming pools, three hot tubs, two tennis courts and a 4 1/2 mile crescent shaped beach. Boat docks can be rented daily on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is also a small bar that serves a light lunch, dinner and drinks.

You can walk to the marina, bike and moped rentals plus shopping and dining. Nearby beaches are Residents Main, Residents South, South Marco and Tigertail. Be sure to take advantage of over forty golf courses from Marco Island to Naples.
